Acceptance of the terms and conditions: By using the services of the communication agency Color Boxom S.A.S., you accept and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Services offered: Color Boxom S.A.S. is a communication agency that offers graphic design, web development, digital marketing, audiovisual production, branding projects, custom software, printed materials, and brand consulting services. Payments: The services of Color Boxom S.A.S. will be billed according to the rates and terms previously agreed upon with the client. The client agrees to make the corresponding payments on the agreed date. In the event of late payment, the agency reserves the right to suspend or cancel the services until payment is made.
Modifications and cancellations: Both the client and Color Boxom S.A.S. may request modifications to the agreed services. However, any agreed modification will be subject to changes in timelines and associated costs. In the event of cancellation of the services by the client, specific policies established in the initial contract or agreement will apply.
Liability: Color Boxom S.A.S. will strive to provide high-quality services and meet the agreed requirements. However, the agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including financial losses, data loss, or damage to brand reputation.
Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any dispute or claim related to the services of Color Boxom S.A.S. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Colombia.
Use of Artificial Intelligence: You understand and acknowledge that at colorboxom.com we use artificial intelligence technologies to improve and provide an enriched experience to our users. Specifically, we have incorporated the GPT-3.5 language model developed by OpenAI, known as ChatGPT, to generate text automatically. We also use Leonardo AI technology, also developed by OpenAI, to generate images automatically. This allows us to enrich the content of our website with unique illustrations and graphics.
